After the construction is complete,  you would need to do a final loan to pay off the construction loan and consolidate your land loan.

That is 3 loans, with 20% down on each loan, and closing costs spread out over 3 loans. At the same time while you wait for those 3 loans to close, rates will continue to rise.

You read it correct. If you don't already own your land, or have land under contract, just pick out the exact plot of land you want. Negotiate the best price, and place it under contract. Our Pre-Approval process will help you get qualified for the total loan amount, and negotiate a 100% contract.

Next, find your builder, manufactured home, or modular retailer, and choose everything you want in your home and negotiate the best price you can there. We take both contracts and work all numbers to stay within your approval limit.

From there, we start the approval and underwriting process. When all is done, we close on the land and the construction financing. You don't make a payment until the home is complete.
